=> What's the difference between Happy Trades and Email Alerts?
Happy Trades allows you to see the published trades on your personal page (see Help on how to access published trades)
and the Trading Room. It also allows you to view published trades up to 3 months.
Email Alerts sends the published trades to your email inbox.
Sometimes additional notes are contained in the alerts, such as an
indication of a day trade, or a partial exit.
The timestamp, stock
price, executed price on the options are the same. The Email Alerts
and Happy Trades are simultaneously published and sent out by our
computer system. With Happy Trades, you may need to refresh your page,
depending on what browser and tools you are using.

Yes, they are different and are separate services.
=> Tip(s) on following trade alerts
1) It is not advised to chase trades. With the volatility, most of the
time, after receiving an alert, a limit order at the published price or
better can be filled within the 30 to 90 minutes after the published
timestamp. All
timestamps are automatically done by our computer system and are in
real-time.
2) There are many trades being published. It is better to trade the stocks that your familiar with. With stocks that are new to you, it is better to first just watch those trades until you become familiar with those stocks.

If you signed up for Email Alerts, and, you're seeing the emails, please first check with your Email Service Provider and make sure that automated emails are not being blocked. Then, please check your SPAM box and make sure the emails from @myhappytrading.com are not marked for SPAM. Also, go to My Account->My Subscriptions to make sure that your Email Alerts service is active.
